Fit Together – Prenatal Yoga Outdoors

An event every week that begins at 6:15 pm on Thursday, repeating until June 15, 2021
Enjoy a more comfortable and relaxed pregnancy with our Prenatal Yoga class. Each Prenatal Yoga class includes strength, posture, core strength, breath-work, stretching, and mindfulness/ relaxation segments. Benefits include reduced aches and pains, lowered stress, and preparation of body and mind for labour, delivery and parenthood.
All fitness levels and trimesters are welcome. All instructors are certified pre/postnatal fitness specialists.
Online prenatal intake form must be completed before your first class.
Participants should bring a yoga mat to class

Make up classes are available by video.
