The most all-inclusive series in Winnipeg! This series will cover all that you need to know prior to welcoming your baby. The entire spectrum of prenatal health to postpartum care for the family is covered in a pace that is engaging and not overwhelming.

Topics: prenatal health and getting ready for labour, labour and delivery (stages of labour, coping and progression techniques, pain management, medical interventions, owning your voice and getting the best birth possible), postpartum care for mom, mental health, early newborn care.
