5 Pack Prenatal Health and Education Package totals to 6 hours, broken up over 2-3 days.

This package includes:

-3 hours of prenatal education with the ability to ask questions and tailor education to your needs

-1 hour discussion on mental health/fears in pregnancy and the postpartum period. This will assist getting your body and mind connected to help encourage YOUR best birth and postpartum period

-1 hour work on prenatal/labour positioning, spinning babies techniques, belly mapping and body assessments to assist with achieving a more comfortable pregnancy and encourage an efficient labour

-1 hour for additional questions and making sure we have addressed all that you need

*Please note that this package includes a maximum of 6 hours of time together and the time allowances above are guidelines only. If you would like to alter the topics/focuses of our time, please report this in your intake form.

Cost: $450 for 6 hours, plus mileage as applicable
