This non-judgemental, educational and supportive workshop will increase your knowledge and ability to support your children and grandchildren.

Topics include: Feeding, Sleep, Car Seats, Mental Health and more! 

Instructed by a registered nurse and lactation specialist, this interactive 2 hour workshop can be provided one-on one in the comfort of home, or LIVE-STREAMED on Zoom with the ability to ask questions. 

* For all in-person classes, a mileage fee of $0.68/km will be invoiced after the service address has been received.
